Aloe, a 4 hotel in 2017. Since 2020 the hotel has not been operational, and Thanos Hotels is exploring all possible scenarios for this property. Among these below options are being considered:

1.Outright sales of the Asset
2.Outright sale and lease back or management agreement of the renovated asset based on a pre agreed renovation plan by the new owner.


Aloe hotel is located on the most central tourist area in Pafos, on the main seafront road in Kato Paphos. Walking distance to the beach (150m) and 1,5km from Paphos Harbour and Castle. The hotel is not in operation and needs investment to reopen.
