Our design for the Terra project consists of seven luxurious apartments, on top of a double high commercial plinth – ultimately suitable for a showroom - on the shoreline of Limassol, Cyprus. This elegant and unique tower blends in with coastal properties and is located within close
proximity of the city’s entertainment zone. The concept consists of a set of completely unique villas positioned one on top of each other. On every floor there
is one luxurious apartment. To fully enhance the living experience of this scenic location, the design features a 360- degree, open and fluent panoramic floor
plan on every level.
Optimistic, gentle, sophisticated, light and natural appearance that clearly shows the unique plasticity of the different sky villas. Windows are fully glazed and
operable as curtain walls, sliding to the sides for the optimal summer feeling.
